About Our Church
The Church of Columbus is built upon the principles of God’s Word. Our church speaks Biblical truth and we are committed to making disciples and loving everyone as they are.
What We Believe
We believe the truths of Acts 2:38 to be the keys which unlock the door to salvation. These were the keys given to the apostle Peter by Jesus Christ.
Peter uses keys to unlock the door to the kingdom:
Then Peter said unto them, repent, be baptized, every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
We believe in one Lord and Savior, and that baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost, with the evidence of speaking with heavenly tongues, is essential to one’s salvation.

Holy Ghost
Receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues
